Seeking some help on their River North luxury development, LG Development Group approached The Kno as it moved The Ronsley into the final stage of sales and construction. Inheriting a very basic website, limited assets and renderings, and no collateral materials, The Kno started with a blank canvas for this River North gem.
The strategy involved developing new site signage, an elegant penthouse brochure (print and digital), and a complementing digital campaign encompassing both Google AdWords and social media. Goals were focused heavily on driving awareness of this unique building. With the building signage system, The Kno sought to catch eyes in a traffic heavy location – and digital campaigns incorporated newly developed renderings to develop an artistically pleasing suite of creative emulating the styling of the building itself – modern quality with a nod to the past.
