Belgravia Group tapped The Kno to overhaul their marketing efforts on Three Sixty West Erie, a luxury, new construction project in the heart of River North. Through a comprehensive program, The Kno provided Belgravia Group with a myriad of new and upgraded marketing assets including a revamped website, consumer and agent email campaigns, content development, print advertising, a complete social strategy, AdWords migration, site signage, and video.
The initial objective of the program was to change the focus of the Three Sixty West website from a strictly informative site to a lead generation vehicle. Through extensive UI/UX rework, visual branding, positioning and messaging, The Kno launched 360werie.com part deux in less than 45 days incorporating visual animation, desktop and mobile lead capture tools, interstitial sign up forms, and new, original content.
To complement the new website, The Kno developed a robust social ad campaign with compelling visual assets to both drive traffic from social channels, and further engage page visitors through retargeting efforts. Through extensive persona profiling, list matching and demographic matching, The Kno drove contextual messaging to in-market home buyers via these channels as well as custom email campaigns.
Situated in River North’s Gallery District, this quiet residential neighborhood allowed for messaging to differentiate from competitors and identify with specific consumers. The Kno conveyed the story behind Three Sixty West through content marketing, consumer and agent focused email campaigns and finally, through meticulously scripted video and drone footage.
